All travellers must ensure that they have a valid passport and all required visas. The passport should be valid for the proposed duration of stay. Travellers should check whether any additional period of validity on the passport beyond this is necessary. However, as regulations can change with little or no prior notice, or for any unexpected delay to return date, we recommend that a passport is valid for at least six months after departure.
PASSPORT & VISAS
Regardless of the season, pack casual ready-to-wear clothing and suggest that you dress in Layers. During this time, Israel and Dubai are still in the end of their summer season so some days may be warmer. Shorts and Short sleeves are allowed to wear as long as you have something ready and moderate to wear in more religious places. Bring comfortable walking shoes, or sandals that are already worn in and ready to walk the streets and places with uneven pavement, and sometimes cobbled stones.

It is therefore important that travelers arrange for their own travel insurance before visiting Israel. There are medical centers or hospitals in all major cities and towns in Israel. The 24-hour emergency ambulance phone number in Israel is 101.

INSURANCE & HEALTHCARE
Electricity runs on 220 volts; 50 Hz AC. Israel electrical plugs are of the rounded, European two-pin type.
If you plan on bringing U.S. equipment you will need an adaptor and converter. Please note that even with a converter, American hair dryers tend to burn out. Most mid-range and upscale hotels provide hair dryers in their rooms, or it’s easy to purchase an inexpensive hair dryer locally.
