San Giovanni Rotondo
San Giovanni Rotondo, nestled in southern Italy, is a major pilgrimage site, famous as the home of St. Padre Pio. This town houses his tomb and the modern Sanctuary of Santa Maria delle Grazie, where thousands come yearly to honor his legacy of healing and miracles. Pilgrims visit to pray, reflect, and experience the spiritual atmosphere inspired by one of Italy’s most beloved saints.

Ephesus
Ephesus is home to the House of the Virgin Mary, a revered pilgrimage site believed to be where Mary, the mother of Jesus, spent her final days. Board flight from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to Rome Fiumicino Airport.

Arrive in Rome and greeted by the tour manager and bus driver. We will make our way to San Giovanni Rotondo and stop on the way in Pompeii to celebrate Mass at the Our Lady of the Rosary shrine, and see the Chapel where Bartolo Longo is buried. After lunch, we will continue to reach San Giovanni Rotondo for check in, dinner and overnight stay.

This morning, after breakfast, we will check out and visit sites related to Saint Padre Pio, including viewing his incorrupt body in the crypt. There will be time for shopping and lunch before we depart San Giovanni Rotondo in the early afternoon for Mugnano del Cardinale (a 3.5- hour drive). Upon arrival, we’ll visit the Shrine of St. Philomena and celebrate Mass. We will then continue to Caserta (a 1-hour drive) to check in at our hotel, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart from Caserta for Rome. Upon arrival in Navona Square break for lunch. After, we continue with a guided tour of Rome's major basilicas, including St. Mary Major, St. John Lateran, and the Holy Stairs. Check in, dinner and overnight in Rome.

At the Vatican Museum, we explore world-famous masterpieces, including the awe-inspiring Sistine Chapel. Next, we visit St. Peter's Basilica, the largest church in Christendom. Here, we pass through the Holy Door of our journey and enjoy a guided tour of the Basilica, built on the site where St. Peter, the first Pope and Bishop of Rome, was martyred. We also admire Michelangelo's Pietà and take time to pray at the tombs of St. Peter and Pope St. John Paul II. The remainder of the day is at leisure before going back to the hotel in Rome for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, we’ll check out of our hotel in Rome and visit St. Paul Outside the Walls and celebrate Mass. After, we transfer to the airport for our flight to Athens, Greece. Upon arrival in Athens, a transfer will take us to our hotel for check-in, followed by a delicious dinner. We'll settle in for an overnight stay, ready to begin our 5 day Cruise the following day.

We transfer to the port of Lavrion to begin our 4 Day Greece and Turkey cruise with a visit to the mountainous island of Mykonos. Free time to explore the island before returning to the ship for evening entertainment.

Visit the Turkish port of Kusadasi, and enjoy an included excursion to Ancient Ephesus, whose inhabitants were the recipients of Apostle Paul's famous epistle (Acts 18:19-26; Ephesians) and which was once the capital of the Roman province of Asia, and to the House of Mary, where the Virgin Mary is said to have spent her last days. Continue your cruise to Patmos, with free time to discover the "Jerusalem of the Aegean". We visit the Monastery of S.t John and to the Cave of the Apocalypse, where John the Evangelist wrote the Book of the Revelation during his exile (Rev. 1:9-11).

Today we spend the whole day in the unique island of Rhodes. Today we can have free day in the old town or take the shore excursion to see the location where Paul stopped on his way back to Palestine (Acts 21: 1) for his trial and imprisonment (not included - excursion optional). Through the tour we wil see the St. Paul Beach where he had stopped in our way to the Acropolis of Lindos. Return to the old city/castle of Rhodes surrounded by the walls and enjoy this historical place. Back to the ship for dinner and evening entertainment.

This morning we arrive in Heraklion. The capital of Crete is a former Venetian harbor with representative architecture and art. Free time to explore the city on your own which can include sites such as the church of St Titus, a disciple of the Apostle Paul and the first Bishop of Crete. And we wil visit the Venetian Loggia, Basilica of St Mark, medieval monastery of St Catherine and the Cathedral of S.t Minas. Later in the afternoon our cruise will reach Santorini one of the most unique places of the world to admire its geography, a result of an earthquake that took place many centuries ago. We will take the shore excursion to Oia Village and Fira (the capital) which offers winding streets filled with shops, cafes, and stunning viewpoints. Back to the ship for dinner and evening entertainment.

On the final day, guests will disembark the ship in Lavrion, gathering their belongings for an organized group transfer to Athens International Airport. Upon arrival, travelers will have ample time to check in, complete any final customs requirements, and enjoy a relaxed departure before boarding flights back home.
