Daily Itinerary

  • Board flight from San Francisco Airport (SFO) to Warsaw International Airport.

  • Arrive at Warsaw Airport, where you will meet your tour escort and board the coach. Upon arrival at the hotel, proceed with check-in before enjoying dinner. Spend the night at the hotel in Warsaw, resting for the journey ahead.

  • Start the day with breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a guided tour of Warsaw. Explore the historic Old Town, including the Barbican, Market Square, St. John’s Cathedral, Royal Castle Square, the Royal Castle, Presidential Palace, St. Ann’s Church, Holy Cross Church, and Nowy Świat pedestrian street, viewing these landmarks from the exterior. Enjoy lunch on your own before boarding the coach for a journey to Niepokalanów. Upon arrival, visit the Franciscan Monastery founded by St. Maximilian Kolbe, a martyr who gave his life at Auschwitz to save another prisoner. If confirmed, celebrate Mass at the Monastery before returning to Warsaw. Conclude the day with dinner at the hotel and an overnight stay in Warsaw.

  • Depart for Kraków, making a stop in Czestochowa to visit the renowned Jasna Góra Monastery. Upon arrival, lunch will be on your own, followed by a guided tour of the monastery (entrance fee included). During the tour, you will explore the Treasury, the Knight's Hall, the Refectory, and the Basilica of the Holy Cross and the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. The highlight of the visit will be the viewing of the famous Black Madonna icon, which is believed to have miraculous powers. There will also be an opportunity to celebrate Mass at one of the chapels at the monastery (subject to confirmation). Afterward, board the coach and continue the journey to Kraków. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel, enjoy dinner, and spend the night at the hotel in Kraków.

  • Enjoy a morning tour of Kraków, beginning with a visit to Wawel Hill, where you will explore Wawel Cathedral (entrance fee included), one of the most beautiful Renaissance residences in Central Europe. Continue your journey to Market Square, the largest square in Europe, passing along Kanonicza Street, where you’ll see the Papal Window of the Bishop's Palace, from which Saint John Paul II used to address his followers. You’ll also visit the patio of Collegium Maius, where the Pope was once a student, and St. Mary’s Church (entrance fee included), famous for its wooden altar by Wit Stwosz. Afterward, enjoy lunch on your own before driving to Wadowice, the birthplace of Pope John Paul II. There, you’ll celebrate Mass at the Basilica of the Blessed Virgin Mary, where the Pope was baptized (subject to confirmation). Following the Mass, visit his childhood home, which has been turned into a museum (entrance fee included), before returning to Kraków. Enjoy dinner at the hotel and spend the night at the hotel in Kraków.

  • Drive to Auschwitz to visit the Nazi concentration camp, where St. Teresa Benedicta (Edith Stein) faced martyrdom and St. Maximilian Kolbe died in the Death Block from starvation after voluntarily giving his life for a fellow prisoner (entrance fee included). Afterward, enjoy lunch on your own before continuing the journey to Łagiewniki, the capital of Divine Mercy. Visit the Divine Mercy Sanctuary with a tour escort, and celebrate Mass at the shrine (subject to confirmation). Return to the hotel for dinner and spend the night in Kraków.

  • After breakfast at the hotel and check-out, celebrate Mass at a local church. Then, board the coach and drive to Wieliczka to visit Europe's oldest salt mine (entrance fee included), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the chambers of the Blessed Kings and St. Anthony of the Holy Cross. Continue the journey to Prague, stopping for lunch on your own en route. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel, enjoy dinner, and spend the night in Prague.

  • Enjoy a day of sightseeing in Prague, beginning with a visit to Hradcany Castle, with entrance fee included, followed by tours of St. Vitus Cathedral, the Royal Castle, St. George’s Basilica, and the Church of Our Lady Victorious, where you can see the Statue of the Infant Jesus of Prague. If confirmed, you will have the opportunity to celebrate Holy Mass at the Church of Our Lady of Victory. Afterward, cross the Charles Bridge and explore the Old Town, renowned for being one of the best-preserved historical city centers in Europe. You’ll also visit the Old Town Square and the Town Hall, with its famous Astronomical Clock (exterior views only). Enjoy lunch on your own, followed by an afternoon of leisure. In the evening, dine at the hotel and spend the night in Prague.

  • Board the coach and drive to Svata Hora, where you will visit the Czech Republic’s main Marian Shrine, known as the Holy Mountain, with entrance fee included. The Holy Mountain is one of the most important pilgrimage sites in Central Europe, attracting thousands of pilgrims every year who come to venerate the Mother of God, a revered local icon. According to legend, the statue was carved from pear wood by Archbishop Arnost of Pardubice, a prominent councillor at the court of Emperor Charles IV. If confirmed, you will have the opportunity to celebrate Mass at the Shrine. Afterward, enjoy lunch on your own before proceeding to Vienna. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel, enjoy dinner, and spend the night in Vienna.

  • Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by Mass at a local church. Then, enjoy a guided tour of Vienna, where you will stroll through charming squares and medieval streets while learning about the rich history and culture of Austria’s capital city. During the tour, you will visit notable sites, including Otto Wagner’s Stadtbahn pavilions, the Vienna Opera House, Heroes’ Square, St. Augustine’s Church, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, and Mozart’s House. You will also pass by the Belvedere Palace, famous for its beautiful gardens. After the tour, enjoy lunch on your own, followed by an afternoon of leisure. Upon arrival, visit Melk Abbey (entrance fee included), a stunning Baroque-style structure surrounded by a charming town filled with Renaissance homes and winding streets that evoke the atmosphere of the Middle Ages. The Abbey is famously featured in Umberto Eco’s The Name of the Rose. Within the Abbey, you will find treasures such as paintings, sculptures, and decorative art from the 9th to 15th centuries, as well as a magnificent library housing over 2,000 volumes from that era. Other highlights include a brilliant organ and skeletons dressed in luxurious costumes, preserved in glass coffins. If confirmed, you will have the opportunity to celebrate Mass at the Abbey. The tour starts with a visit to Marienplatz, home to the world-famous “Glockenspiel,” and the twin-towered Frauenkirche, the most iconic landmark of old Munich. Continue to the Asamkirche, dedicated to the martyr St. John Nepomuk, and see the impressive town hall. The tour also takes you along the magnificent boulevard Feldherrenhalle, Ludwigsstrasse, and Siegestor, created by King Ludwig I in the mid-19th century. You will also visit the Residenz, the palace of the kings of Bavaria, and the Hofgarten (exterior views). After the tour, enjoy lunch on your own, followed by an afternoon at leisure. In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner and spend the night in Munich.
